Options include Standard Rooms with rain showers, Superior Rooms with indoor and outdoor seating, and Two-Bedroom Family Cabins with fridges. The Honeymoon Cabin includes a hot tub and private garden. All rooms have private bathrooms, balconies or terraces, and Wi-Fi.

Breakfast is served from 6:30-9 AM for $8 per person, featuring Costa Rican and European dishes. Eggs are cooked to order, and ingredients like granola, yogurt, and marmalades are homemade. Coffee comes from a local roaster. The breakfast room overlooks the cloud forest, with frequent bird and monkey sightings.

The lodge borders protected forest with trails for birdwatching. Nearby, the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve has 10 km of trails. Activities include guided hikes, ziplining at Selvatura Park, and night tours spotting sloths and tarantulas. The Monteverde Orchid Garden, next door, displays 450 orchid species.

The lodge is a 2-minute walk from Santa Elena's center, near shops and restaurants. Buses and taxis provide access to the Santa Elena Cloud Forest Reserve (3.5 miles away). Private minibuses and boat-taxi transfers to La Fortuna are available for $30 per person.
